    My food was good, but my partners were not. It was half way done, he had the sirloin tips and they were bloody, cold in the middle, half the plate was unbeatable, the vegetables were clearly microwaved. The server was nice

    Literally a joke. IHOP needs to get rid of this location or they need to fire EVERYONE in FOH and start over. The servers are jokes. Want anything? Too bad. Want to order? Too bad. Want your food once it's done and ready to be brought over? Too bad. Menus? Nope. I've lived everyone in this country and I travel on a very regular basis. I love IHOP. I've been to at least 50 locations. This location is the worst I've ever been to.

    Update: The food came out completely wrong and now I'm just sitting here incredibly hungry watching everyone else eat.

    Another Update: Food came out wrong again and they left the fries from the first sandwich. I'm done. Never coming back.

    They took my sandwich, which they messed up twice, off the bill and that's their final offer. I told them that if I was them I'd discount the bill for my wife and mother-in-law but they won't. Lol. Bye.

    All I can say is... gross.

    This folks is what they call mashed potatoes. Very watery with chunks of it still not fully melted meaning it wasnt cooked all the way (they used powdered potatoes and they still managed to screw that up). So dissapointing.

    PROS:
    + easy parking
    + very modern and clean space
    + cheap breakfast
    + great service. Thanks Guillermo!!
    + Tres Leches Pancakes (order the sauces separately)

    CONS:
    - carbs :P

    I personally don't think that IHOP is a 5-star restaurant, but I will def. be back to try the crepes if I'm ever nearby :)

    I don't usually come to these places where you have to wait for long time,  but actually it's was pretty fast we didn't have to wait long for a 11 am time... so after 10 min we got call... but they ake you feel like you have to hurry deside what to eat..... but I was wandering how long was the last time they wash the coffee holder placed on my table today.
